Job Description :
. Responsible for Gold Loan business and handling 50-plus branches.
. Identify the suitable location for new branch opening in the respective region.
. Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region.
. Select competent resources and ensure the staffing level is 100% at branches as per norms before the branch opening.
. Responsible for the achievement of all business targets.
. Responsible for achieving cross-selling products TGT Vs ACT of the Region and maintaining relations with cross-selling peers to ensure a smooth implementation process.
