ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT:
Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Advocates of both in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption and loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with guest needs.
• Engage with guests to help solve specific needs and communicate current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features, including Wallet, and assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering.
• Assist with returns according to policies and coordinate with leaders to resolve guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and related duties while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.
