Field Clerk

Eutaw Construction Company, Inc. is currently seeking a Field Clerk to join our experienced team. This position is based in the project office and requires being onsite a minimum of five days per week, with occasional weekend work depending on project needs. The role supports project operations by ensuring accurate data management and reliable tracking of workforce activity.

• Data Collection and Entry — Gather project-related information and enter it into Microsoft Excel with accuracy and consistency. This may include production data, daily logs, or other operational metrics.
• Timekeeping Management — Track and record employee work hours, ensuring timesheets are complete, accurate, and submitted on schedule.
• Spreadsheet Maintenance — Create, update, and organize Excel spreadsheets to support reporting, analysis, and project documentation.
• Office Coordination — Work closely with project managers and field teams to verify data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up‑to‑date records.

• Onsite presence

  Full-time in the project office (minimum 5 days/week).

  Some weekends may be required based on project timelines or reporting deadlines.
• Attention to detail

  Accuracy in data entry and timekeeping is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel

  Comfort with formulas, data organization, and spreadsheet management is important for success in this role.
