Job Description:
We are hiring a Production Manager to supervise factory operations and manage end-to-end production at our Dhulagarh unit. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, workforce supervision, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily factory operations and production activities
Manage manpower and ensure timely output
Maintain quality and production efficiency
Coordinate with management for operational planning
Ensure discipline and smooth workflow in factory
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in plastic manufacturing industry
Age: 35 – 45 years
Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using Android devices
Language:
Hindi / Bengali (English not required)
