Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1823) n to apply for the Specialty Sales role  Starting Hourly Rate is $17.50 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with appropriate signing.
• Maintain and utilize fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and comply with safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and helping others, including team members.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, active environment with teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively, operate technology devices and scanners, and work both independently and with a team.
• Capable of remaining focused and accomplishing multiple tasks within established time frames.
