Our client in the ecommerce space is looking to hire a full time Head of Tik Tok Growth & Social Commerce to join their team!
This role requires 1 day on site in Howell, New Jersey.
Role OverviewThe Head of Tik Tok Growth & Social Commerce leads the strategy, operations, and revenue performance of the company's Tik Tok ecosystem. This role builds and scales a creator-driven content engine that drives brand awareness, viral reach, and measurable sales through Tik Tok Shop, Lives, and organic content.
You’ll oversee everything from creator sourcing to content production, affiliate optimization, Live Shopping, monetization, and performance reporting—turning Tik Tok into a major revenue channel for the company.
Who You Are- Experienced in creator programs within DTC or omnichannel brands
- Equally strategic and hands‑on—comfortable building systems or jumping into Tik Tok
- Data‑driven with a strong understanding of performance KPIs
- Skilled at building trust with creators, partners, and internal teams
- Curious, resourceful, and able to operate in a fast‑moving environment
- Own Tik Tok’s full‑funnel strategy, driving both awareness and conversions
- Build and scale a performance‑based creator network
- Develop monetization frameworks for UGC, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs
- Launch and oversee a high‑volume internship program creating 500+ videos/month
- Maintain a trend calendar and test emerging Tik Tok formats monthly
- Oversee Tik Tok Shop operations, CRM flows, product listings, and forecasting
- Manage partnerships with Social Commerce vendors
- Run campaigns and optimize TROAS across paid and organic content
- Lead Tik Tok Live programming and partner with creators for 10+ Live Shopping sessions monthly
- Direct organic Tik Tok content, posting cadence, and creative direction
- Manage hashtag campaigns and drive viral content initiatives
- Ensure daily visibility into content performance and account health
- Grow the creator outreach team by 50% in six months
- Partner with marketing, creative, analytics, and brand teams for aligned messaging
- Build co‑branded partnerships with external brands and creators
- Track ROI, engagement, follower growth, and UGC performance
- Maintain content quality standards and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
- 300%+ ROI across campaigns
- 75% participation in creator rewards program
Tik Tok Shop Seller Center, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Tik Tok Business Center, Google Merchant Center, Notion, Google Sheets, Slack/Teams, Euka, various trend‑spotting tools, Discord (community management)
Team Rhythm- Weekly: Creator onboarding, team standups, performance snapshots
- Monthly: Program health and calendar resets, forecasting
- Quarterly: Strategic roadmap reviews and cross‑platform alignment
