Responsibilities

Supervise and optimize a Helpdesk team of 7-15 Engineers
Act as an Escalation point for Help-desk operations
Create a positive environment within the office
Work closely with VIP clients
Ensure smooth transition from projects to service operations

Must Haves

MSP Experience
Background as an IT Professional
Strong evidence of leading a team of engineers successfully
Outstanding analytical skills, recognizing patterns to improve performance
High-level communication skills to work closely with VIP Clients
Ability to manage escalations
Experience meeting SLAsGood at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
