Compensation:
RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or community settings
Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
Collect data and document client progress
Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
Communicate with families and supervisors effectively
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
RBT certification a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Ability to pass background checks
