Direct Support Professional positions are located in Howell, NJ.

Schedule:

2nd shift positions available!

Salary

Starting at $20.00 and increases with education/experience.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending day program.
  • Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving goals for daily living skills such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
  • Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals.
  • Plan and participate in community‑based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings for individuals.
  • Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Valid, non‑provisional driver’s license.
  • 18 years of age or older (required).
  • Availability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
  • Empathetic and able to work with a team approach to care for individuals.
