Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

• In charge of consolidated GAAP / IFRS reporting in compliance with US and international standards
• Lead the US close process and manage the process for overseas entities
• Prepare US GAAP financial statements
• Partner with FPA on a global basis while managing FPA needs for US operations
• Ensure compliance with US and international standards
• Create and maintain cash flow forecasts
• Manage banking relationships
• Monitor FX and interests rate risks, along with the liquidity of balances for operations and optimizing working capital
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures
• Serve as leader and mentor for the accounting team
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are met
• Serve as primary liaison with external professional service providers
• Add value to system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance to internal control requirements and company policies
• Identify and mitigate risk across the finance organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA Required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership skills
• U.S. GAAP and IFRS experience
• Expertise in complex accounting concepts, including researching GAAP issues
• Experience preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Proven ability to research and resolve U.S. GAAP issues.
• Strong financial analysis and data interpretation skills.
