Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Compose, proofread, and send professional emails
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Support general office operations and assist team members as required
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
