This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phone Repair Technician, based in Howell, MI. The Phone Repair Technician will diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile phone issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently. Additional tasks may include maintaining a clean and organized workstation and accurately documenting repairs.

• Experience with Computer Repair And Diagnostic
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Customer Satisfaction expertise with a focus on delivering quality service
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Familiarity with mobile phone hardware and software is highly desirable
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical certifications being a plus
