Licensed Master Plumber

* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Plumber to join our dynamic consulting team. * Responsibilities
* * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and maintenance projects across various sites.

* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.

* Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs, labor costs, and project timelines accurately.

* Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently.

* Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate work schedules and ensure seamless project execution.

* Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for plumbing installation, including pipe fitting, assembly, and remodeling work.

* Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

* Requirements
* * Valid license as a Master Plumber with current licensing credentials.

* Extensive experience in construction plumbing within commercial or residential settings.

* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, mechanical systems, and blueprint reading.

* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

* Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle field service tasks efficiently.

* Familiarity with construction estimating processes and experience working on construction sites.

* Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with carpentry skills for remodeling or maintenance projects.

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving if required.

* Additional nice-to-have skills include handyman experience, assembly work, remodeling expertise, HVAC knowledge, schematics interpretation, and general construction site experience.
