Job Title:
Retail Fixture Installer (Traveling Position)
Location: Nationwide Travel Required

About the Role:
Join Display Max, Inc. as a Retail Fixture Installer, where you'll be part of a hands-on team transforming retail store layouts across the country. In this role, you'll install, move, or remove store fixtures, and merchandise products based on project plans - often working overnight and traveling extensively.
What You'll Do:
- Build, move, and remove retail fixtures (gondolas, shelves, displays, etc.)
- Read and follow planograms to merchandise products accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Train and assist new team members on jobsite procedures
- Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors, and customers
- Travel nationwide and work overnight shifts as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Lead or Project Manager
- Previous experience in retail fixture installation or store remodels
- Comfortable with physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Familiar with power tools and basic hand tools
- Able to read fixture maps and follow detailed instructions
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Dependable and professional team player
- Willing and able to travel across the U.S. for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone capable of email, apps, and photos
- Ability to work overnight and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Ability to be away from home for months at a time
