Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

Trinity Health Livingston Hospital in Howell serves the healthcare needs of Livingston County residents and is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and safety. The hospital is the only full-service facility in the county. We employ a highly skilled and compassionate medical staff and use the latest technology.

The role provides nursing support for the 10 bed 3 South surgical unit and/or the 19-bed acuity adaptable blended unit. This position supports our Critical Care Unit; nurses with experience in CCU or PCU/Step-Down are especially encouraged to apply.

• Education:
  
  Graduation from a school of nursing that qualifies for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.
• Licensure:
  Current State of Michigan RN license; BLS; ACLS required for Float Pool, Cardiac/Cath Lab, AICU, Emergency and PCU at Livingston.
• Experience:
  
  Graduation from accredited nursing program; effective Jan 1 2013 new hires must hold a BSN or agree in writing to obtain BSN within five years. Knowledge of nursing theory, practice and age specific needs. Interpersonal skills for collegial relationships. Critical thinking skills. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when planning and performing nursing care.

Part‑time night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; midnights every third weekend and rotating holidays. Posited for both full‑time and part‑time members.
