Chem‑Trend Limited Partnership
Shipping SpecialistChem‑Trend is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented individual to support our shipping operations within the facility. This role is responsible for preparing, organizing, and executing high‑quality shipment activities while maintaining a positive, safe, and clean work environment.
Responsibilities- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality throughout the organization.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of debris or tripping hazards.
- Pick and pack sales orders accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Verify proper labeling of shipments while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Process courier shipments (UPS/Fed Ex) with minimal supervision.
- Support bulk and outbound tanker loading by safely connecting hoses, monitoring gauges and pressure levels, and ensuring all equipment functions properly throughout the loading process.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work safely and independently.
- Good time management and prioritization skills are desired.
- Previous material handling experience preferred.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information.
- Operate a computer and other office or warehouse equipment.
- Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, twisting, and overhead reaching.
- Lift up to 55‑pound bags, pails, or boxes to a height of 3–4 feet.
