Job Type: Full-Time (Friday – Sunday, 40 hours)

Salary: Competitive hourly rate + premium weekend pay

• Assisting with personal care, transfers, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Supporting seniors with dignity and empathy
• Representing First Light with reliability and warmth
• Helping reduce office strain by providing consistent weekend coverage

• Weekend availability:
  Friday–Monday (Up to 40 hours)
• A calm, dependable presence
• Experience with elderly care is a plus but not required
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation

• 40 hours in 4 days – full-time paycheck, part-time days
• Health, vision, and dental coverage
• Premium pay for weekends
