Start of Care visit rate = $110, most other visits around $80!
Everhome is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Physical Therapist to join our team, providing in-home therapy services in the Howell and Brighton areas. If you’re looking for flexible, meaningful work without the pressure of minimum hours or weekend coverage, we’d love to connect.

• PRN, flexible scheduling – pick up visits based on your availability
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Per visit pay – rate varies by visit type (evaluation, follow-up, discharge, etc.)
• Coverage area:
  Howell & Brighton
• Electronic documentation via Well Sky (formerly Kinnser)

• Active Michigan PT license
• At least 1 year of home health experience required
• Strong time management, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned area
