Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide exceptional in-home support to our clients in Howell, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and improve their quality of life.

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help clients with mobility and transferring safely
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• Ability to interact with clients in a respectful and compassionate manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Howell, MI
• Ability to pass background checks as required

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a week.
