Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. This role is ideal for a detail-driven accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants long-term career potential along with a strong compensation and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Lead month-end close and cash flow reporting
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements
- Perform account analysis, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Manage inventory control, work orders, and cost accounting
- Generate internal financial and management reports
- Evaluate A/R and A/P, manage collections, and monitor expenses
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare sales, purchasing, tax filings, and required schedules
- Maintain fixed asset records and perform bank reconciliations
- Support manufacturing, R&D, and business reporting requirements
Salary Range: $75-85k/year.

Qualifications- Associate’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing and inventory management experience required
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience with Sage 100 or higher
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision
- Knowledge of procurement, GMP, BRC, HACCP, and plant operations
- CPA preferred but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
