A well-established international manufacturing organization is seeking an Accounting Manager / Controller to support plant leadership and oversee accounting and controlling activities for a U.S. production site.
This role partners closely with plant management and operations, leads the local accounting team, and owns monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and product costing. The position also supports investment planning, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting/controlling
- Strong SAP experience; advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on background in cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prior team leadership or senior-level responsibility preferred
- Experience working in an international environment
