Telco Accessories Group (TAG)  is the company behind the successful retail brands  Xtorm, Gecko Covers, LINQ and Just in Case.

Since 2008, we have been developing, distributing and selling high quality mobile accessories within the specialized and premium segment of consumer electronics.

Over the years, we have built strong positions across Europe and Latin America and established ourselves as a reliable and innovative partner within the retail and distribution landscape.

TAG is now entering its next phase of growth. With all key disciplines in house, including product development, marketing, B2B and B2C sales and D2C eCommerce, we are accelerating our international expansion. Our organization consists of more than 60 enthusiastic colleagues, working from our offices in Houten and Lichtenvoorde, including our own warehouse and e-fulfilment center.

To further strengthen our global ambitions, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial colleague for the following position:

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER GLOBAL / EXPORT (MEA + APAC)
As Key Account Manager Global / Export you will take the commercial lead in expanding our presence across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth driven position with ownership, responsibility and visible impact.

You are responsible for developing and managing international distributors and strategic key accounts outside our core European markets. Within your region, you operate with a high level of independence and directly influence turnover, margin and long term brand positioning. You are not only maintaining relationships, but actively building markets and creating new commercial opportunities.

What will you be doing?

As Key Account Manager Global / Export you lead the commercial expansion of TAG in the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. You take over the contacts with current customers and sales leads and actively develop this further into a structured, scalable and high performing region.

You are fully responsible for the commercial development of your assigned countries and accounts. You act as the owner of your region and drive both growth and structure.

You actively expand business with existing distributors and key accounts by identifying upsell opportunities, broadening the assortment and improving annual agreements. At the same time, you play a proactive role in acquisition. You identify, approach and onboard new distributors and strategic partners in untapped or underdeveloped markets.

You are an experienced relationship manager who knows how to build, maintain and strengthen long term partnerships. You manage and develop existing customers and sales partners at a high level, while simultaneously expanding the region through structured acquisition and the addition of new commercial partners.

You prepare and execute annual account plans, including revenue targets, margin objectives, focus ranges and promotional planning. You negotiate pricing structures, commercial conditions and long term agreements in line with company strategy.

You manage the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and first contact to contract negotiations and long term relationship management. You maintain a clear and structured pipeline and ensure accurate reporting of opportunities, risks and forecasts.

You monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels and margin development. Based on data analysis and market insights, you translate performance into concrete actions such as range optimization, pricing adjustments or targeted campaigns.

You take the lead in product launches within your markets, ensuring strong execution together with distributors and retail partners. You stimulate presales, improve forecast accuracy and safeguard smooth internal alignment with supply chain, marketing and finance.

Visiting distributors and key accounts in your region is part of the role. You will travel internationally to strengthen relationships, explore new markets and further expand our global footprint.

What do we expect from you?

You have at least 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably within consumer electronics or accessories.
