- Be a critical part of oilfield operations
- Lead and support the warehouse team in daily operations
- Provide on-the-job training and hands‑on guidance
- Safely operate a sit‑down forklift to unload, move, and stock materials
- Receive and inspect shipments; verify accuracy and report discrepancies
- Coordinate inventory placement with the Warehouse Manager
- Ensure accurate order pulling, palletizing, shrink‑wrapping, and staging
- Prepare outbound shipments with correct labeling and packaging
- Perform and oversee inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain clear communication with warehouse, shipping/receiving, and production teams
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety‑focused
- Available 24/7 / 365 days for on‑call rig downs
- Forklift Certified (Sit‑Down Forklift)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Previous warehouse leadership experience
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
- Familiarity with inventory systems, order fulfillment, and safety procedures
- Manufacturing and office environment with some outdoor exposure
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and material handling
- Occasional lifting of supplies and materials
- Long hours using office equipment and computers
- Minimal travel required
