Shipping Clerk

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Houston, TX. This role provides vital support to warehouse supervisors and team leaders by managing work order movements and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to external warehouses. In addition, assist in receiving, kitting, material handling and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient with inventory systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze inventory needs and initiate pull requests to external warehouses
• Analysis and creation of tasks to the Work Order in SAP base on DPS from planning
• Maintain accurate Inventory reports, including and control of pass-through locations
• Understand SAP and Cantai MES system.
• Perform standard packing measurements for materials
• Monitor movements within the FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) sales system
• Upload inventory tickets to CyGNUS system
• Download and print inventory from external warehouses
• Monitor and manage empty SAP storage locations
• Disposal of End-of-Life (EOL) scrap materials according to procedure
• Generate and process invoices for external warehouse transactions
• Creation of transportation orders for all business units
• Update shipping conditions for ready-to-shop orders
• Upload and tracking shipping information in the system

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with document control and inventory systems
• Ability to manage tools and materials accurately
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with SAP, CyGNUS, and TRESS systems

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control practices
