Houston, TX | $75,000 base (target) | Full-time, On-site.

We’re recruiting a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor for an established industrial distribution company in East Houston. This is a confidential replacement search for a key leadership role overseeing a high‑volume warehouse operation of ~30 team members.

• Lead Daily Warehouse Operations.
• Oversee receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate, on‑time order fulfillment with a strong customer‑first mentality.
• Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse layout and product placement.
• Support the build‑out and optimization of a newly consolidated warehouse.
• Own Inventory Accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels using ERP and RF scanners.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of industrial components and materials.
• Lead and Develop the Team.
• Supervise a team of ~30 (mix of full‑time and temporary staff).
• Create daily work plans and adjust staffing based on workload.
• Be a visible, hands‑on leader on the floor‑not an “office‑only” supervisor.
• Train and coach team members on safety, RF scanners, and warehouse processes.
• Drive accountability while remaining coachable and adaptable to change.
• Drive Safety & Continuous Improvement
• Champion OSHA and company safety standards.
• Oversee equipment inspections and safe use of material‑handling equipment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Help standardize and improve the use of ERP and RF scanning tools.

• 5+ years of established supervisory/leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proven experience managing teams of ~20+ employees.
• Strong ERP experience – Epicor P21 a plus (SAP, Oracle, or other major ERPs acceptable).
• Solid RF scanner experience, including basic troubleshooting and user training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
• Experience in a high‑SKU warehouse (racks, cantilever systems, etc.).
• Hands‑on, lead‑by‑example leadership style and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work a standard 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule with some overtime as needed.

• Background in industrial distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience coming from a larger warehouse operation and helping a smaller site grow and mature.
• Experience with warehouse reorganization or consolidation projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (strong plus, not required).
• OSHA 10 and/or forklift “train‑the‑trainer” experience.
• Proven track record in implementing employee training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comfortable working around large dogs in the facility.
• Stable, long‑term role with a growing industrial distribution company.
