Inventory Coordinator

Houston, TX 77064 Pay Rate: $26.00/Hour on W2

Note:

PART TIME: 24-32 hours per week.

• The Logistics Coordinator supports safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse and cross dock operations by coordinating daily activities with the 3PL provider.
• This role is a 50/50 split between outdoor operational work and computer-based tracking and documentation.

• Coordinate daily activities with the 3PL provider to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse and cross dock operations.
• Monitor aging inventory, generate tracking reports, and support overall inventory accuracy.
• Record outbound shipments, investigate discrepancies, and resolve shipping-related issues.
• Troubleshoot system-related problems with support from the Site Lead and IT team.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding order status, exceptions, and scheduling.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and palletizing of outbound materials.
• Assist in resolving shipping delays, product shortages, and damaged goods.
• Support site documentation, reporting, and data accuracy requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or cross dock operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• SAP ERP experience preferred (training provided if needed).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Comfortable working outdoors for part of the day.
