Job Overview

Warehouse Picker Order Selector – North Houston, TX.

• Accurately pick products using a voice audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly from floor to overhead.
• Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
• Hand‑shrink wrap orders and move completed orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie‑rider equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.

• Full‑time
• Monday – Friday
• 10:00 AM – finish (flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required)

We are looking for a self‑motivated, team‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. You stay active and are excited to lift, push, and pull cases of our products throughout your shift.

This position could utilize the following equipment:
Electronic Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, Voice Audio Headset, Shrink Wrap.

• Pay starting at $20.22 per hour, increasing to $21.31 per hour in the quarter following the 6‑month anniversary.

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift from floor to overhead.
• Ability to work while using a headset, voice‑activated pick‑select system.
• Ability to hand‑shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
