A typical PC is the heart of our business, consisting of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom, and conducts business under a unique trade name with a customized business approach.

Pay for this role is between $18 and $22 per hour.
Do you thrive on providing an excellent customer experience and are safety‑ and service‑oriented? We’d like you to join our Warehouse team as a Warehouse Teammate.
Responsibilities- Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
- Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to the designated employee.
- Identify non‑stock, special‑order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.
- Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third‑party carrier.
- Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/non‑saleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
- Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety; remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris; inform supervisor of safety issues.
- Assist co‑workers in servicing customers.
- Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards.
- Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management.
- 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
- Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co‑workers.
- Apply and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment.
- Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment used at the Profit Center.
- Use computer‑related systems used for warehouse operations.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
