** Operator II, Warehouse & Distribution Operations
** is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks to ensure efficient warehouse and distribution processes. You will optimize storage, manage material flows, and ensure safety at our
** Manufacturing Facility in Houston, TX.
** Specifics Include:
* Handle complex manual or operational tasks to ensure smooth processes    Optimize storage space and material flows
* Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound logistics activities, including coordination with warehouses and other relevant parties
* Operate equipment, making minor decisions as needed
* Enhance technical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
* Support business performance through accurate task completion and commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

** WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

*** Prior warehouse experience
* Forklift (PIT) certified or ability to be certified
* Excellent attention to detail as this is imperative to the receiving process
* Able to lift 20-30lbs frequently, long periods of standing.
* Comfortable with heights (15-20 feet)
* Previous experience in navigating within SAP or similar WMS systems
