Perform all warehousing functions as required to support material and distribution needs of PROENERGY.

• Follows all safety procedures to safeguard against personnel and team accidents.
• Receive and distribute daily inbound material in a timely manner.
• Assist with resolving receipt discrepancies and non‑conforming material for return.
• Handle and store material to inventory.
• Operate fork trucks and high‑reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory transactions per instructions.
• Assist Kitting departments as needed.
• Pick and package material for shipping orders as instructed.
• Perform weekly cycle counts.
• Keep work areas safe and clean.
• Show adaptability to accept change when needed.

• High School diploma/GED and more than 6 months of general work experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of H.S. education.
• Experience with warehouse operation and receiving in an industrial environment.
• Experience with working fork truck operation.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment; the company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work‑authorized visa.
• Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Available to work a flexible work schedule of 40+ hours per week as required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn computer programs as needed.
• General knowledge of tools and equipment.
