Overview
:
Transdev’s Autonomous Specialists are critical to the success of delivering safe autonomous driving systems to our customers, enabling a revolutionary mobility experience. The Level 1-3 Operator is responsible for operating and evaluating a self-driving vehicle in autonomous mode, including collecting data and providing feedback.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain Transdev’s high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle
• Consistently demonstrate situational awareness and a willingness to adjust to changes in the environment
• Operate a vehicle 6-8 hours a day, up to 5 days a week
• Provide rides in the autonomous vehicle to the general public
• Monitor multiple software systems with constant focus
• Provide concise, clear, and accurate verbal and written feedback regarding the vehicle’s operations

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving on public roads
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to parallel park with minimal assistance
• Proficiency with a laptop computer and GSuite apps

Physical Requirements include:

• Routine and repetitive standing, walking, and long periods of sitting
• Use of extremities to include hands/fingers/grip and handle or feel
• Must be able to routinely and repetitively lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
