CAB Enterprises, Inc. (“CAB Enterprises” or the “Company”) is the exclusive sales and customer service company representing Electrolit in the United States. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that Electrolit products are delivered efficiently and effectively to customers and designated locations. The successful Distribution Specialist will have extensive knowledge and understanding of logistics and distribution principles, including inventory management, transportation, and route coordination. Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and tools, such as forecasting, capacity planning, warehouse management, and route optimization, as well as knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to freight transportation.

• Request order delivery with 3PL
• Communicate shipment details to 3PL and track carrier delivery performance
• Maintain all sales orders with actual delivery dates, ensuring the system is updated with real‑time information
• Organize the reception and delivery of goods to customers or points of sale
• Process and audit 3PL and logistics invoices and documents
• Ensure orders are delivered as requested by tracking them
• Optimize transportation partnerships and costs
• Control the most cost‑effective distribution of products and/or marketing supplies (e.g., for events)
• Ensure that 3PL loads goods correctly onto vehicles to maximize transportation efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus and sense of urgency toward task completion

• Minimum three years of experience in distribution, logistics or equivalent required
• Beverage or CPG industry experience preferred
• Relevant associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of EDI process preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
• Must be fluent in English, Spanish strongly preferred

• Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
