SUMMARY
:
This role will report directly to the Lead Dispatcher and support day-to-day dispatch operations. The Dispatcher will assist with scheduling, equipment coordination, and real time job support to help ensure smooth execution of field operations.

• Support the Lead Dispatcher with daily truck dispatch and scheduling
• Assist in building and maintaining daily and weekly driver schedules
• Communicate job details and site requirements to drivers
• Monitor jobs in progress and escalate issues as needed
• Help coordinate disposal routes and approved disposal locations
• Track equipment availability and utilization
• Serve as a point of contact for drivers during assigned shifts
• Communicate internally regarding schedule changes or issues
• Assist with emergency and time sensitive work
• Participate in after hours and weekend dispatch coverage
• Perform additional operational support tasks as assigned

• Dispatch or logistics experience preferred
• Experience in trucking, industrial services, or environmental services is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to take direction and work within established processes
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced operational environment
• Reliable availability when needed outside of normal business hours
