• Average weekly pay per driver: $1,600+
• Team Miles Pay: 36 CPM per driver with 3,500-5,000 miles per week
• Team Stops Pay: $23.90 per Stop with 3 - 6 Stops per Week
• Safety Bonus:
  Pays You $2,500 per quarter if eligible
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

• Out 5 days: OTR Home 2 Days A Week: either Wed/Thurs OR Thurs/Fri
• Schedule:
  
  7 Day A Week Operation
• Start Time: 12:00 AM Dispatch
• Route:
  As A TEAM to Lower 48 States / Multiple Runs
• No Touch - Clothing

• Trucks are 36 months or newer
• Trailer Type:
  Dry Van, 53’
• Sleeper
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Premade teams preferred but not required
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 50 miles of Houston, TX
