The organization delivers International Air Freight, Ocean Freight, customs brokerage, and domestic transportation solutions to commercial importers and exporters across multiple industries.

The business operates with integrated operations teams, strong carrier partnerships, and compliance-led processes, supporting high-volume international shipments while maintaining service reliability and regulatory control across complex trade lanes.

• Manage full-cycle Import and Export operations across International Air Freight and Ocean Freight
• Coordinate bookings with airlines, ocean carriers, trucking partners, and overseas agents
• Prepare and process shipping documentation including HBLs, MAWBs, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• Monitor shipment milestones, resolve delays, and maintain proactive customer communication
• Work closely with customs brokerage teams to ensure compliant and timely cargo clearance
• Maintain accurate operational records, billing, and shipment tracking within Cargo Wise

• 2+ years of hands-on international freight forwarding operations experience
• Strong exposure to both Air Freight and Ocean Freight import and export processes
• Daily working knowledge of Cargo Wise One is essential
• Understanding of international documentation, Incoterms, and compliance procedures
• Ability to manage high-volume shipments in a fast-paced forwarding environment
