Happy Mile USA LLC provides safe, reliable transportation for high-value and regulated freight across Texas and the southern U.S. We focus on safety, compliance, and excellent service for industries like oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and refrigerated food logistics.
The RoleWe are looking for experienced CDL Class A Drivers to join our growing team. You will safely transport cargo across state lines, follow DOT/FMCSA regulations, and ensure on-time and secure deliveries.
What We Offer- Competitive pay ($0.60 cents loaded, $0.40 cents Deadhead, $30.00 per hour non-driving)

- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Safely operate Class A equipment (Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer)
- Follow Hours of Service (HOS) rules and maintain accurate logs (Samsara ELD)
- Deliver cargo on schedule while protecting company and customer assets
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience (Reefer, Dry Van, Flat Bed, etc.)
- Clean driving record and strong safety awareness
- Valid CDL Class A, DOT Medical Card
- Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements (Tanker required within 30 days of hire)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9 required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential driver duties
- TWIC card
- Experience with Samsara ELD and hazmat or temperature-controlled freight
