Overview
OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver Position - Illinois-Based Carrier
We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for an OTR reefer position with consistent freight and driver-friendly policies.
PayPay is mileage-based (zip code to zip code):
- $0.63 CPM on drop & hook loads
- $0.65 CPM in the reefer division
Drivers are paid every Friday via direct deposit
, with bonuses for clean DOT inspections and quarterly safety performance bonuses available.

Freight runs primarily east of I-35
