About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our operations team patchers play a vital role in coordinating daily flight catering operations, assigning driver routes, monitoring real‑time progress, and communicating any aircraft or gate changes to keep everything running smoothly. Dispatchers serve as the communication bridge between drivers, ramp supervisors, and airline partners to ensure all flights are serviced accurately and on schedule.

The responsibilities listed are a high‑level overview of expectations; additional tasks may be assigned as necessary based on operational needs.

• Coordinate and monitor the timely and efficient catering of flights according to daily flight schedules.
• Create driver team sheets that outline flight assignments, ensuring routes are planned with adequate time for completion.
• Track drivers in real time using dispatch software to confirm on‑time performance and address any route or timing issues.
• Communicate proactively with Drivers, Ramp Supervisors, Control Center, and airline crews (e.g., United) regarding delays, callbacks, or last‑minute updates.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintain eligibility for a SIDA badge.
• Foster effective teamwork and communication to support smooth ground‑to‑air operations.
• All other duties as assigned per business needs.
