Altius Talent is supporting a leading international project forwarder in the appointment of a Senior Project Manager to lead complex EPC and turnkey project logistics executions. This role sits at the centre of high‑value, multimodal project movements supporting energy, infrastructure, industrial, and capital equipment projects.

The successful candidate will have end‑to‑end accountability for project delivery, acting as the primary interface between EPC contractors, end clients, carriers, ports, and internal operations teams.

• Full A–Z ownership of EPC and turnkey project logistics, from pre‑award planning through final delivery and close‑out
• Lead feasibility studies, route surveys, logistics engineering, and execution strategies for heavy lift, OOG, and complex cargo
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and cost controls to ensure contractual and commercial compliance
• Act as senior point of contact for EPC clients, vendors, ports, and subcontractors
• Coordinate multimodal movements including ocean, air, charter, barge, rail, and inland heavy haul
• Oversee subcontractor selection, vendor negotiations, and contract performance
• Ensure strict adherence to HSSE, compliance, and local regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
• Collaborate with project pricing and commercial teams during tender and bid phases
• Lead internal project teams and provide oversight to junior project managers and coordinators
• Produce accurate project reporting, KPIs, and post‑project reviews for internal and client stakeholders

• 10+ years’ experience within project freight forwarding or EPC project logistics
• Demonstrated delivery of large‑scale turnkey or EPC‑linked projects
• Strong background in heavy lift, OOG, breakbulk, and complex cargo movements
• Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar project budgets and timelines
• Deep understanding of project risk management, contracts, and execution governance
• Commercially astute with the ability to support tendering and pricing strategies
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at EPC and C‑suite level
• Experience working with global carriers, ports, and specialist subcontractors

• Project logistics planning tools and TMS platforms
• Familiarity with Cargo Wise, project management software, or equivalent systems
• Strong reporting and documentation discipline

• Houston, TX–based role
• Domestic and international travel required depending on project scope
