Truck Driver CDL A Regional Teams – Ryder (Houston, TX)

Immediate opening for a TEAM Class A CDL Truck Driver. Join us in Houston, TX and start earning $1,895 or more per week.

• Driver Positions Pay:
  Weekly
• Hours per week: 55+
• Team Miles Pay: $0.36 per mile (5,000–6,000 miles/week)
• Team Stops Pay: $23.90 per stop (3–6 stops/week)
• Safety Bonus: $2,500 per quarter if eligible
• Paid Training
• Schedule:
  
  7 days per week operation
• Weekend off:
  Regional home 2 days/week (Wed/Thu or Thu/Fri)
• Start time: 12:00 AM dispatch

• Route:
  Regional – lower 48 states, multiple runs
• Tractor type:
  Sleeper
• Trailer type:
  Dry Van, 53’
• Freight:
  No‑touch clothing
• Trucks: 36 months or newer, 24/7 roadside maintenance, company fuel

• Uniforms and boot allowance provided

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass Ryder drug test
• Pass Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check (including drug/alcohol verification from previous employers for last 3 years)
• Pass DOT physical
• Pass Ryder road test
• Class A CDL with required endorsements
• Class A tractor‑trailer experience: 9 months within last 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state law, regulations, and agency rules
• Detect, eliminate, or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist as required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
