Mustang Rental Services is looking for a Rental Dispatcher to support our Houston-based team by coordinating equipment field technicians, repair schedules, and rental equipment deliveries across Southeast Texas.

• Serve as the central point of contact for customers, sales reps, and branch locations
• Dispatch field service technicians and haul truck drivers for equipment repairs, deliveries, and pick-ups
• Open, review, and close work orders
• Maintain real‑time updates using Smart Sheet or similar tools
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on‑time service and customer satisfaction
• Leverage internal systems to fulfill rental equipment requests and track fleet status
• Provide equipment and operational recommendations using condition monitoring data

• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, and in‑person
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and self‑motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

• Prior dispatch experience
• Forklift experience
• Knowledge of CAT equipment
• Familiarity with rental equipment applications in construction or industrial sectors
• Experience in data analytics or data science
