ScheduleMonday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime pay is available after 40 hours. Weekend on‑call duties are only required in special circumstances.
Primary Responsibilities- Operate a roll‑off truck in compliance with applicable state and federal transportation laws.
- Safely deliver, exchange, and pick up roll‑off containers.
- Secure and tarp loads in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Transport loads safely and on time, obeying all traffic laws and safety procedures.
- Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas, following crew signals.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods and materials, including specialized equipment; unload empty skids and return equipment to designated areas.
- Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation to the shipping office after completion of a route.
- Perform routine truck service checks (oil, water, gasoline, air) and report maintenance issues to the Shipping Supervisor.
- Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimal loading patterns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to remain focused in a busy environment.
- Must hold a commercial driver’s license (Class A CDL) or a chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle’s weight, as required by state regulations.
- Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state transportation regulations.
- Must pass a DOT physical; trucks driven exceed 10,000 lbs.
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
- Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to travel frequently.
- CDL drivers may need to be clean‑shaven to meet customer requirements.
- Position is safety‑sensitive; employment contingent on passing a 10‑panel drug screen.
