PSC Group is now hiring a Truck Rack Shipping Clerk who will be responsible for coordinating and supporting outbound truck shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant loadout operations. This role includes verifying shipping schedules, preparing and processing shipping documentation, interacting with drivers, and ensuring all regulatory and company requirements are met. Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available for this full-time position.

12 Hour Days Schedule (3-2-2-3 schedule)

• Verify scheduled trucks and confirm orders in BDS.
• Approve drivers to proceed to scale and collect truck/trailer details to generate scale tickets.
• Input tare and gross weights into BDS; update and finalize BOL accordingly.
• Generate and print necessary documents (load ticket, BOL, SDS, COA).
• Coordinate with the lab for COA processing and ensure proper documentation is scanned and uploaded to SharePoint.
• Direct drivers to security upon completion.
• Performs visual loading attendance as required.
• Completes all housekeeping duties to ensure a safe workspace
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

• Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
