• Conducting focused 1:1 coaching sessions where you apply your competitive experience to concrete, practical motivational strategies
• Directing dynamic morning assemblies that energize all students
• Delivering interactive workshops on essential life skills, actively guiding students through exercises in resilience, leadership, and objective-setting
• Leading organized afternoon sports training that exemplifies championship principles: creating drills, demanding maximum effort, refining technique, and instilling grit and collaboration through athletics (far beyond simple supervision)
• Continuously engaging every student across the day: moving through spaces during self-directed learning, stepping in to inspire when students struggle, and seizing opportunities that spark transformative insights

• Serving as a passive spectator on the sidelines: this role demands active involvement. You’ll be directly engaging students, facilitating sessions, and providing immediate intervention when needed.
• Delivering conventional academic instruction or adhering to set curricula: students progress through adaptive digital platforms. Your focus is life coaching, inspiration, and building meta-skills via athletics and mentorship.

• We are looking for accomplished athletes who competed at sport's highest echelon — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Documented experience leveraging athletics to mentor and develop life skills
• Established record of motivational leadership across athletic, academic, or professional contexts
• Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
• Prepared to reside in or move to Austin, TX

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
