Assistant Stretch Manager

EōS Fitness is looking for a highly motivated, sales‑driven leader to help members achieve their health and wellness goals. In this role you will work the floor, set appointments, build relationships with members, sell Assisted Stretch packages, and develop a team of Stretch Trainers (Myofascial Technicians).

Assess the needs of our members to formulate and recommend customized mobility programs and services. Take ownership of the member experience and business objectives on weekends in preparation for managing your own club.

• Deliver great customer service.
• Assist Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in onboarding and developing Stretch Trainers.
• Maintain club cleanliness.
• Onboard new members.
• Collaborate with membership and Personal Training sales.
• Ensure building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Show passion for fitness and mobility.
• Display a strong drive for success.
• Demonstrate a history of commitment.
• Track record of delivering results.
• Motivate clients.
• Sell Assisted Stretch.
• Achieve daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts when Stretch Manager is absent (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly Coaching Plans.
• Serve as information hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.).

• Must have at least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Proactive, “Fight hard to win” mindset.
• Work collaboratively with membership sales and personal training teams.
• Commit to developing Stretch Trainer skills through coaching.
• Takes ownership of results.
• Adapts quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates, keeping a customer‑service mentality.
• Team player who assists with any task to get it done.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Can work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early‑mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late‑night shifts.
• Passion for health and fitness.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move around club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, read reports, and use the email system.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
