Front Desk Sales Associate

Part-time position for front desk/sales/marketing for a local martial arts gym in East Downtown next to the soccer stadium. This Front Desk position will be joining the Revolution Dojo team to focus on exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate loves working with people and helping people reach their goals; being fitness-oriented is a huge plus. This person needs to be over‑the‑top friendly with a smile larger than life.

Compensation:
Position is hourly with incentives for people signed up. Position starts at $15‑hour minimum plus commission. It is not uncommon to make $30‑$40 per hour in this position. You also get a free membership to our gyms.

• Comfortable with the sales roles
• Make sure the gym is presentable and organized (e.g., sufficient paper towels in the restrooms, no trash on the floor)
• Smile while greeting members and users of the gym as they come through the reception
• Check in members and verify memberships
• Follow up with trials and invite them to sign up
• Assist with the cancellation of the memberships
• Enforce gym rules and etiquette with all persons in the gym
• Management of mail and packages
• Ensure the fitness area remains clean and organized
• Answer phones and call back
• Assist with front desk merchandising
• Ensure that all administrative and operational processes run smoothly in the gym
• Help with marketing campaigns and maintain CRM

• Monitor all activities within the Fitness Center

• Fitness: 1 year (Preferred)

• 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm/10:00 pm
