Hey Y’all! Our names are John and Jake, co‑founders/owners of Tri Fitness Gym. We have brought together a team of dedicated individuals focused on helping our clients (ages 50+). We have been in business since 2017 and located in our current location since January 2019, growing consistently. Thanks for checking out this position and we look forward to hearing from you.
We’re seeking a part‑time, career‑oriented Fitness Coach who is results‑driven, passionate, charismatic, and dedicated to changing lives through integrated fitness and health. This person will complete our Coaching Development Program (CDP) – 4‑6 months depending on experience and work ethic – and then advance to Head Coach with increased pay and responsibilities.
This is a part‑time position with approximately 20‑25 hours per week to start (more if things go well). We work closely together, so we need a flexible person prepared to adapt and coach sessions in the morning and/or evening as needed.

Roles, Responsibilities And Tasks- Follow the Tri Fitness Gym Coaching System and deliver the highest level of professionalism and expertise possible.
- Bring plenty of energy and enthusiasm to every workout.
- Develop comprehensive health and fitness programs for clients, incorporating flexibility to use your training knowledge.
- Perform fitness evaluations, including body composition, body weight, and girth measurements.
- Demonstrate proper exercise instruction: provide coaching, form correction, and cueing during all sessions. Develop working knowledge of human anatomy to provide appropriate exercises for clients.
- Physical requirements:
lift weights, squat, bend, reach, spot and stand/walk for prolonged periods, lifting up to 45+ pounds.
- Good communication skills – comfortable conversing in‑person and on the phone, delivering clear instructions.
- People skills and personality – enjoy working with people, bring energy and excitement.
- Nationally accredited certification as a Certified Personal Trainer (preferred but not required).
- CPR and AED certified.
- Positive energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.
