• Collaborate on architecture design and coding challenges; participate in coding and architecture design tests as part of the selection process.
• Adhere to security, scalability, and performance requirements in enterprise-grade applications.

• At least 5+ years of real-time hands-on experience in Java and enterprise system design.
• Strong experience as a Senior Java Lead Developer / Architect and in building scalable architectures.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex systems and to contribute to architectural decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• We are seeking candidates who require visa sponsorship; H-1B sponsorship is available for the 2027 quota for eligible candidates.
• We strictly operate as a W2 (no C2C / 1099 / third-party contracting).
