Senior Azure OpenAI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Azure OpenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI applications using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry. This is a hands‑on, production engineering role requiring direct experience implementing LLM and RAG pipelines, managing Infrastructure as Code, and supporting live systems through CI/CD.

In addition to strong engineering execution, this role partners with business and technical stakeholders to shape AI solutions, evaluate model performance, and ensure secure, production‑ready deployments in Azure.

• Design and build scalable AI solutions using Python and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, Lang Chain, and Lang Flow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate use cases into deployable AI workflows with measurable outcomes
• Implement and operate LLM and RAG pipelines including embeddings, retrieval, and response orchestration
• Integrate vector search and knowledge sources to support enterprise AI use cases

• Deploy and manage AI services in Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM)
• Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (AKS)
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, monitored, and production‑ready

• Design and maintain LLM evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, safety, and reliability
• Advise teams on prompt design, model selection, and architecture tradeoffs
• Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and internal best practices

• RAG implementation (embeddings, retrieval, response orchestration)
• Azure AI Foundry experience (deployment, configuration, operations)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
• Production monitoring, logging, and reliability practices
• Experience operating in environments with security, privacy, and data governance requirements
