Law Enforcement Liaison

The Law Enforcement Liaison is responsible for working with the Government Affairs team to monitor and craft legislation, investigate fraud, and interface with law enforcement agencies, motor vehicle agencies, associates, and customers on investigations.

Additionally, the liaison will attend conferences to educate DMV and law enforcement communities on the company's initiatives and programs, seek opportunities to grow the business, and be alert to any potential threats to the business. The position also involves investigating National Vehicle Service (NVS) theft alerts.

Responsibilities include:
